FAQ
Q&A
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
What can I find on Remissiva?
We are Remissiva, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. Our guides turn clinical trial information into short, readable explanations, free of charge.
Can you review my test results?
No. We never see medical records and do not give medical advice. Your doctor can explain your results.
Do you track patients?
No. We publish educational notes only.
Are texts required?
No. Texts happen only if you opt in with one unchecked box. Sign-up works without it.
Can I ask you to erase what I sent?
Click unsubscribe in any email, or write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your information.
Could a recruiter get my information from you?
No. We never give your information to recruiters, sponsors, sites or anyone who might want your participation. For the details, read the Privacy Policy.
Is a phone number needed?
Only your first and last name, a topic and the privacy agreement. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional.
How many texts will I get?
Message frequency varies, up to about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
Do you sign people up for research?
No. We do not enroll anyone. If a study interests you, its own team handles every step.
Are you a medical provider, study team or recruiter?
No. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, do not run or recruit for studies, and nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.
How do I unsubscribe from texts?
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP if you need help. Email [email protected] if you would rather write.
Can Remissiva say if I am in remission?
No. Only your clinician can apply clinical criteria to your situation.
Can you say whether I would be a good fit?
No. Fit is decided by the study team, with you. We explain the common criteria in everyday words.
What does signing up give me?
Plain-language educational information on the topic you choose, by email if you give one. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.
Enrollment is free
